Welcome to the Legend Of Golden Plume Game Forum

This forum is to create a place where members can gather and discuss the game in a welcoming and respectful manner. The following rules were made to ensure a friendly and pleasant forum for everyone. Moderators are here to keep it clean, organized, and help in any way they can. If you have any questions why threads/posts are deleted or edited, PM a moderator nicely to discuss the problem and make sure that you add in the URL in question.

General rules for the entire forum are as follows

1) Post threads in the appropriate section.

A) If a Moderator or Admin feels the thread is not in the appropriate section, it will be moved to a section more suited for it, closed or deleted at his/her discretion.

2) No spamming, trolling, or bumping is allowed.

A) Some examples of spamming and trolling are: one word posts or threads, off topic or non-sense added to the thread, or numerous posts of some or all of above. Spamming and trolling will result in a warning and eventually lead to forum ban.  We consider a bump as a post that is solely there to bump a thread without a valid reason, if this is done, action will be taken.

3) Explicit language use will not be tolerated.

A) Some swear words are automatically filtered for respect of others. Bypassing the language filter will result in a warning, and abusive behavior will lead to a forum ban.

4) Flaming and personal attacks of any kind are not acceptable.

A) If you have an issue with a player, Mod, or Admin, please PM the person and if needed, a request can be made for an impartial Moderator or Admin to mediate the situation. A warning or ban will be issued to the poster if the behavior continues.

5) Mention or discussion of other games is not permitted.

A) Any mention or discussion of other games will be moved or deleted.  A warning will be sent out and if the poster continues, they may very well be banned.

6) This is an English written only forum.

A) If a post needs to be made in a different language for any reason, a proper english translation must be included in the same post or it will be deleted without notice.  We do not however, encourage other written languages on a daily basis as it will frustrate the forum members that can not read it.  If we see a pattern begining with the use of alot of different languages we will delete them.

7) Image and picture Rules

A) The forum is for the Legend Of Golden Plume images only.  Game Images posted in the forums that are not related to LGP will be seen as spam or off topic, and deleted.
B) Images that contain pornographic material, racism of any kind, or vulgar content will not be tolerated. By posting any of the above criteria (Porn, racism or vulgar images) you will be issued a warning, they will be instantly deleted, and a forum ban may be issued based on the severity.
C) You may post an image of yourself on the forum if it is related to the topic at hand, ie: the introduce yourself thread, or a real life picture thread...normally these would be in an Off-Topic Section but we do not currently have one, and if we do add one then they will be moved there...

8) Signature Rules

Signatures must abide by the above stated forum rules.
A) Once we have the demensions for the signiture images, we will edit this to state what they are.
B) Please keep your signature as small as possible.

9) Accusations or mention of another players in game name

A) If you have evidence that a forum member is breaking the rules, PM a moderator. If you have evidence that a player ingame is breaking the rules, cheating, selling a game account, or hacking, PM a Moderator.  Do not post their names on the forums, and please make sure that you have a SS or other proof.  If you do not have evidence, and you are merely trying to get a member into trouble, we will take appropriate action.

10) No Advertising any sites or products

A) No exceptions will be allowed. Do not advertise other websites on the forums. Do not advertise products for sale. You are allowed to put a link in your signature, as long as it does not link to an inappropriate site that houses a virus or pornography.
B) You are not allowed to sell your game account, if caught proper action will be taken.

There always seems to be confusion about what Languages are allowed in the game...

This is being posted to make it perfectly clear to everyone that English is the only language that is allowed on the forums as well as in the game...

English is the only language that is allowed to be typed in the World and Rumor chats!

If you choose to speak any other language in world chat then you will have to suffer the outcome...which could be a warning, or a game ban...this is serious so please be careful of how you speak in world chat...

You will be warned only once and if you repete said action again, you will be reported...

Add-on Rule...

You are not allowed to post in World Chat or any chat ingame any links that are off-site from Destiny Online, including any links to hack sites, gold sites, power lvling sites, or sites to gain extra silver...

Furthermore you are not allowed to post any off-site links on the forums...off-site links include all of the above ones mentioned for ingame...

If you see anyone posting any of these please take a SS and post it up in the Official Report Thread which can be found here at http://destiny.enjoymmo.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=2253&extra=page%3D1 and thank you all in advance...

Anyone caught posting these kind of links will be dealt with in a severe manner.

Anyone caught linking to these here on the forum will most likely have their forum account susspended or outright banned...

Also do not go to any of these links period because if you do and get scammed or hacked, there is most likely nothing the GM's can or will do about it...
