Server Transfer Service Starts on Monday
[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]The long-awaited Character Server Transfer Service will finally be available as of Monday. We have tested it for several weeks to make sure this function works perfectly. So from next Monday (September 7, 2009) this service will be officially available.[/color][/size][/font][font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000][/color][/size][/font]
[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]In order to maintain the balance of each server, this service is subject to some rules and restrictions as summarized below. [/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]1. This is a fee based service and the fee is 100 Bullion. That means 100 Bullion will be deducted from your character if your request is approved. [/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]2. You need to talk to NPC "Castellan Clyde" to request the transfer. He will only accept requests from players every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Pacific Time).[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]3. Your character's level has to be lower than the top 10 leveled player on your destination server. Check the Top 10 list [url=http://destiny.enjoymmo.com/register/top10.php][b]here[/b][/url].[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]4. The total Silver you want to take with you to the destination server cannot be more than 10 million.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]5. You will be asked to break all your social relationships i.e. Friendlist, Marriage, Master-apprentice and Tribe relationships.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]6. The number of the characters you have on the destination server doesn’t exceed 5.[/color][/size][/font]

[font=Arial][size=3][color=#000000]9. You can request a server transfer from Monday to Wednesday every week. And during these three days, you can still log in and play. Its so that stupid greedy server hoppers wont go around screwing up the economy on all the servers when their own is messed up. Its only for players who are SERIOUS about moving to another server because they feel that they need to. Youre saying its expensive? Well u kno, it will take the GMs alot of work to transfer a character between servers. In my opinion, the GMs did a perfect job with this for the sake of the servers.
Now we wont see hundreds of players server hopping, causing the GMs all kinds of headaches just because theyre looking to make a profit on another server and jump back to their own. Do u think the GMs wanna waste their time, energy, and money for a person like that? I know i wouldnt. Keeping it high will make those greedy players think twice.
And actually, 45$ is the price in the US for 100 bullion, and thats not expensive at all if youre serious about changing servers. If you really wanted to change to another server because of problems youre having, 100 bullion wont seem like alot for what youre getting in return. yeah.. i like your opinion.. maybe you are one of the "rich player" on this game.. but 45$US is so meaning for me.. and i believe many player are think like me too.. so hard to give they real money to do this service.. for you know.. 45$US is same with 450.000 on my country kurs money.. so i think that is expensive.. maybe you live on USE.. so that is small money with you.. for this " only serious player do that " maybe you rite.. how bout if the reason " TO BE KING on OTHER SERVER"??

if player will transfer to make more money then the price should be high if the player want transfer for non PK server coz he don't like PK or want to transfer to use robot then the price should be less this is in my opinion

those player vote against robot and GM disable robot in our server so we quit and join the new server only because we like robot so now they will join it again ??? hell no and no we will not accept any one like those player now in robot server
i delete worrior lvl 95 to move to robot server coz those player feel jealous of bullion buyer

It seems the only one, in the entire misc, that not understand anything is you. But I find it pretty normal, from someone so uncapable to play that need a bot...
There was no jealously at all about Bot or Bullion Buyers, instead me and most of the players asking for block the bot ARE bullion buyers too. Have the bot in our server was, for us, a great advantage. I was already lvl 130 with bot now. Pretty the main reason why 90 people in 1 day voted against Bot, making the devolpers block a feautures in 24 hours from the pre-release! No advantage for someone, all players must give and have the same effort to the game, and the result must be proportional to the effort, not to how much you pay for it.
Bot kill the play, who need bot is not capable of play. This is easy as simple. For the same reason, when the transfert service was announced, people complain about having people from Dolphin "exit" the server and go in other server, as people will now create characters on Dolphin, train it for 1-2 months and then transfert them. And this will happen a lot now, you will see it soon. Bot make TOO EASY play a game.
Hope now you understood why the bot make people complain so much >.<
P.S. The Tribe War things is really absurd, indeed. This way, Tribes owning Sunset will abuse this function by creating alt chara to transfert every week and free preserve Sunset forever '.' Hope admin correct this feautures before the release, or goodbye Tribe Wars *nono*

since you understand this game more than me can you explain to me this also :
1-new super pet are update for the game why you don't vote against it coz some one like me uncapable to play use super pet to get more exp ???
2- new crimson add more stat to our character why you don't vote against it also it is make some one like uncapable to play get lucky and have good equipment to better than high level player ???
3- new custom with stat released why you don't vote against it also since you have one without ????

answer this genius i dont think that people who transfer to dolphin will be such a problem just for the fact it states in the rules "one time service" so the char they transfer there can't hop back. i am sure that they will keep logs of who they transfer so they don't have jumpers like you fear even if people who trained in dolphin transfer over to yours, i don't see the big deal i have played other games and learned one thing, eq and lvl does not make the player, its the players knowledge and passion for the class and character that makes then the best, so lets say someone sups up on dolphin and transfers... its not like they can be max level, that's against the rules, and if they are that lazy then they will end up staying at their transfered lvl and get bored and give up within a few weeks, so let them waste their money and disappear *shrug* How much i hate children -.-
1) New super pet don't make anythin unfair to old ones (other then avaliable to all, you can buy bullions with silver). All super pets have some new ability or ar suited more for particular builds, but no one over-pass totally the old ones.
2) Crimson are avaliable to all, in the same manner, from both exp or buying bullions. About the ratio make so unfair, I already reported it's sad, but still is the same % to all. Game go this way too. I failed 88 DB of 90 I used, then i pass to Engineer (100% chance, no random at all anymore).
3) Anyone can buy one.
4) Who buy to 4 bullions benefict from them before. Time advantage is enought as a counter to reduce price.
5) Robot don't make ONLY fast exp, but remove the EFFORT from the game, and erase the COMPETITIVE of a player (as is the robot to do most of the work). Are 2 totally different matters. Let's make a simple calc of effort: I play 8 hours without Robot, you exp 8 hours without Robot and 16 hours with Robot (with 50% exp, mean every 2 hours value as 1). Result, 8 hours vs 8 + (16:2) hours = 8 hours vs 16 hours. Worst example, I play 8 hours without robot, you exp 24 hours with robot, result: 8 hours vs (24:2) hours = 8 hours (with effort) vs 12 hours (with no effort at all). Competitive, meritocraty and effort disappear, and this is a "competitive game", and we join and pay it until now for this. Robot then kill the game, it's easy to understand in this way.
6) All gain the same prize, all can Mining. The mining is still proportionally to the Lvl of the Tribe, mean the Tribe that work more hard NOW have an advantage (against before, the effort don't inlufence CP gained). And is fair for all, as CP are the minimum part of the Tribe Skills system, exp and silver play a better influence and are based totally on player capacity (without Robot, Robot influence this too -.-).
Same as Tentoes, I am pretty happy of the decision of the Staff. Still, I had prefer they put a little less limits on silver (for who want to transfert) and a little more lvl limit (for preserve the server balance). But is still good *happy*
Crazeydragon, I don't full agree with you, but you have some point. You are right, bot don't make you better, and then a player that exp in the normal way as chance to be stronger of a botter, at the beginning, as have more experience of the chara (but some botter play normally too XD). But a player can learn how use is chara later. The problem itself is not risk to be surpassed from a bot-player, but have players that play without effort influence the balance of a server, rankings, Wars, fights. What is the utility to make 3 differente type of servers (no PK, bot and no-bot), if then the players can abuse 1 system and then pass to the other? It's like a contraddiction. Before the server transfert was pre-released, I don't saw much complain about people that want to change server, just some random, sporadic appearance. Instead, after the releases are sort a lot of problems of "racism" (I don't find a better word, even if racism isn't the most suited one let understand the feeling) from the players in different servers. Was better leave the server are them was, or make some special requirement for the transfert >.< (like a minimum of X months played in one server, a minimum of lvl for transfert, and justify the reason why you want to change server).
P.S. I don't started in top 10, I gained it with my effort (and i don't do BH, that make a certain influence on rankings). At the time of the Robot release I don't still remember if i was already there, perhaps i am only in top 10 class and top 10 rich ^^

I'll kinda argue on this one, if someone wanted to jump 10 times, they'll spend 1000 bullion, u think the GMs wanna stop someone whos giving them so much money from jumping so much? Granted it would be a stupid idea cuz they wouldnt get much out of it, but i doubt they'd stop the person as long as theyre willing to shell out the dough for it. Have to agree with flash, furthermore I did ctrl+f and did a search for "one time service" each word individually, and did not find any matching case, where exactly did you get the one time service anyways? how much i hate adult guys they think they know every thing

the gm said the transfer will be only 1 time and no back and no jump the service will be only one time It's statment in the first news that the service will be 1 time only. Is statment TOO that the conditions can change anytime...
About clozo, yes was a lot more easy put a "avaliable to all" for answer all your questions except 1, but when you are explain to a child you try to be more precise and correct possible, giving a full answer for help him understand easily.
There is no way to calc effort WITH robot in all server, as Robot is 0 effort and 0 meritocrazy (the Robot do all itself). Any result reach with Robot is effort free, influencing and damaging the competitive of players (as there is a "no effort" and "no meritocrazy" in the calc). I can just suggest you to visit the forums of some bot-free online games, like RO or WO, and learn what happen to that games thanks to bots. I come exactly from there and I know what I am talking about, indeed.
It's impossible make it more easy to understand of it. So or you understand, or you don't... anyway I can't add more for help you ^_^
P.S. Did you noticed the top 10 of Dolphin is almost at the same lvl of top 10 of Penguin and over the top 10 of Giraffe, with 5 month less of playtime from Dolphin and Penguin, and 3 months less from Dolphin an Giraffe? Do you see WHAT the Robot make in terms of effort and meritocrazy?

and i'm sorry you will keep wait the explenation about the tribe war untill monday when gm back from week end Top 10 mean top 10 class, not single top 10, and in particulary not top 1. Exist something called power players, but aren't much. Top 1 of Penguin is a power player, but if you just check the other 9 positions you see people 20 lvl under him on the bottom. Best top 10 (overall) are Panda and Koala, following Penguin and Dolphin, then Giraffe. The first 4 server follow a logic of time and effort, when Dolphin is totally out of the other 4 servers.
About other games, I suggest to check with your own eyes as explain it don't make the same results. I can just tell you the games are death, the community exctinct and forums empty (RO has less then 60 new topic this year, WO don't reach 20 new topics). And RO has only a "limited bot", when WO has a full one (like Robot of Dolphin). Knowing the situation (as I played there for 5 years), I know what i am talking about. I am not profheting the future, I just KNOW what happen anytime. No game never survived certain things of feautures, like bots, macros, power-levelling items.
You want to understand it? You don't want? Your choise and your problem, but then don't come complain about what you don't understand on a forum. In the moment you comment, you must be prepare to the eventuality you are wrong and you get correct from someone.

For RO, last new player i encountered was over 1 years ago, at Prontera. He quit 3 days later. Standing to the site stats, around 10 characters are made every week, but most of them are alt chara, or fake chara use for ask zeny (the equivalent of silver in DO).
For WO, I never found someone to talk with, except a newbie that join with me and play together for 10 minutes. Then he go to bot and I never saw him back again. I quitted some month later, bored of no one to talk to...

RO is going to close soon, the license owner of Europe and Usa server already renounce to renew the contracts, so the game will close when the actual one end (2014 for Europe and 2013 for Usa, if I remember well). Perhaps, RO maintenance cost is a lot less then the incoming from abbo payment (is a pay to pay game), mean the releaser have gained enought money already to cover years, if they want. WO is a cash item server, and bot is at cash item function there. The game incoming survive from bots, ONLY from bots.

When the Bots was announced I was around lvl 75-80, if not less. I don't remember after months. Totally out of top 10, problably under top 50. With Robot, consider I am a bullion buyer, now i was lvl 130 for sure. What i have to be jealous, when I am the 1st that can benefict from the feautures? Jealously and meritocrazy are 2 different things. I want to be strong thanks to my effort, not thanks to a bot. Many players think same way, this is why the feautures was blocked.
And about lvl 130, of course anyone can be it with or without robot, what change is him conquer that lvl with his effort, he merhit him. Other ones no. The same result don't mean the same meritocrazy. If a botter and a no-botter both reach lvl 150, the 1st one merit it, when the 2nd one no, but in competitive view they are at the same point (same level, same ranking, same all). And is what people that voted no for Bot don't want to happen. Different, in a bot server feautured, as Dolphin, if 2 players got lvl 150 both merit him, as the server was intentionally suited for bot (you have the choise, bot or don't bot). As you see, leave the server separate is the best thing for all.

You haven't post your opinion, you flamed, is different. And you don't got attacked, you got muted from the reality, is different also. I hate children as they refuse to learn and understand, is nothing personal. As an adult, I got boring when i have to talk to someone that don't understand what i tell him after I repeat it 10 times. Consider I don't even need people repeat me 2 times for understand -.-
The fact we recognize you was a child without ask your age don't make you understand something? You show your age without telling it ^_^
And you got enought answer, once and for all, without bother other "adults" to answer you. There is nothing interesting on do it, in particular if the people you answer seems don't capable to understand what you tell him. i was lvl 75 when they were about to release the robot
and now the top 10 player in dolphin surpass my current lvl.. see the inbalance?
and RO in my country died coz of bots..
so we fear that this game will die too if bot will be introduce in our server
alot of players will lose interest seeing that people can lvl up so much faster with so much less effort
just one click of the mouse and robot do everything for you..
against to real grinding where you click and click a thousand time to finish bounty and get a great deal of exp.
anyway.. i think the fee is just about right
and i hope the transfer will really be a "one time service"
P.S. i hope there wont be any transfer from dolphin to other server ;P why is it that there is only 1 choice to transfer which is dolphin server?? *????*
